The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of this busy restaurant and ensure the highest standard of our unique service and style is met.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar hospitality supervisory position, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and be able to lead by example.
The head server will have a hands on approach in daily operations, whilst holding responsibilities such as arranging rota’s, carrying out staff training and maintaining the cleanliness of front of house areas.
Servers will have a hands on approach waiting on tables, serving food & drink and maintaining cleanliness of the front of house areas.
We are looking for someone who is a food & drink fanatic, you’ll have an eye for the finer details and enjoy the finer things in life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for waiting tables and ensuring the highest standard of our unique service and style is met.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar position, excellent communications skills, a proactive approach and interpersonal communication skills.
The Commis Chef will have a hands-on approach in daily operations, whilst holding responsibilities in food preparation, stock management, stock ordering, cleanliness of the kitchen & store areas and health and safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the daily operations of this busy restaurant and will assist with food preparation and service as well as ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
